'Very
Interesting!!!!'
Author Anderson
obviously put a lot of time into researching the material for his
book. I found MORE THAN A JOB, AN ADVENTURE to be a book that I
didn't want to put down once I started reading. The action is fast
paced with a lot of continuity. The reader wanted to keep reading
just to see what the next exciting episode would bring. Highly
recommend!!!

'Excellent
Navy Book'
Navy Life! Ike Anderson grabs the flavor and reality of the life
of an enlisted sailor during the Vietnam War. From the jungles
in-country, to the deck of a venerable seaplane tender during an
extended cruise to Southeast Asia's WESTPAC, the book will be
familiar to thousands of men who made similar trips!
His novel catches the spirit and reality of the Navy from the
perspective of a young man from the west who grows to adulthood
during his enlistment.
Not just a good story, the book speaks to the authors own
experience and memory of details of a Navy life. A great reading
experience! The adventure begins with the first page!

'One
of the Best!'
Meredith
"Ike" Anderson,
certainly knows how to entertain. I
laughed out loud five times in the first three chapters. I
experienced so many emotions while reading, I couldn’t stop until I
finished the book. I read three novels a month, month in and month
out, and More Than A Job, An Adventure has to be one
of the best I have ever read. The statement "If
this man is one of the people I’m serving by wearing my country’s
uniform, then I’m more than proud to serve..." summed up
everything.
